Eaton Hall gets a new minibus thanks to Lord's Taverners

The day that many of the staff and students at Eaton Hall Specialist Academy had been eagerly awaiting finally arrived on Tuesday 27th March 2018 and not even intermittent showers were going to dampen the spirits of everyone involved.

On the morning of Tuesday 27th March, Eaton Hall welcomed a number of guests from Lord's Taverners to oversee the formal presentation of the handing over of the minibus keys. It is thanks to Lord's Taverners and their Accessible Minibuses scheme that we have this brand new, 15 seater, minibus.

The minibus will make an unprecedented impact on the lives of many of the students at Eaton Hall, allowing for us to take greater numbers of students to sporting events, recreational activities in the local community and educational trips, visits and camps. It is also thanks to the new bus that we are able to begin thinking about a potential Ski trip abroad.

Coverage of this event is being documented in the press and here is the article from the EDP - http://www.edp24.co.uk/news/education/eaton-hall-specialist-academy-norwich-lord-s-taverners-minibus-1-5457518
